Growing mushrooms

leave a comment »

After several unsuccessful attempts at keeping green plants, I decided to switch to mushrooms. The oyster mushroom is chosen as it is best suited for the local weather and required minimal care – a good dose of mist twice per day is all that it needs. We have to wait for almost 3 days before the the mushroom bloomed, and the result is a beautiful branch of edible organic fungi. Now who is game for a first bite?
